We have a Building Performance Institute certified energy auditor on staff. The audit includes:
- Appliance, lighting and HVAC inspection
- Building envelope inspection
- Visual inspection of the attic
- Visual inspection of the basement

After the initial audit is performed, our team will recommend the steps to reduce the overall energy use in your home. After all recommended improvements are made, a post test can be done to determine the impact of the improvements.
